Crypto King does not store private keys or passwords. You are fully responsible for securing your own wallet and devices. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence on your part.

4. Trading & Transactions

4.1 Fees

• Market Trades: 0.5% per trade (subject to change after Beta phase)

• Swaps: 0.3% per transaction (subject to change after Beta phase)

• Third-party providers (such as payment processors or blockchain networks) may apply additional fees.

4.2 No Refunds & Transaction Irreversibility

All transactions made on Crypto King are final and irreversible. Crypto King has no ability to stop, refund, or check ongoing trades once they are processed. Please double-check your transactions before confirming.

5. Payment Methods

You can purchase crypto using:

• Visa / Mastercard

• Apple Pay / Google Pay

Any issues related to these payment providers must be resolved directly with them.

6. Donations & Contributions

Users may donate $25 directly from their wallet to support Crypto King's development. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

7. NFT Integration

NFT trading is not currently available but may be implemented based on community demand. Users can request NFT features via our Discord.

8. Risks & Disclaimers

8.1 Market Volatility

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. Crypto King is not responsible for any financial losses due to market fluctuations.
